Hey again, I’m Eleen ☺️

I'm a UX Designer & Consultant with a Masters of Information from the University of Toronto. I have a previous background in Communication, Culture, Information, Technology (CCIT), and Sociology, which has allowed me to explore various disciplines from theatre, marketing, law, and everything in between.

I found my calling in UX when I realized I could explore the world and help people as I discover and solve problems in our everyday lives. Something that stuck with me is that "people are not disabled, we disable them with our design decisions".

With my experiences in industry, non-profits, and academia, I can strategically develop solutions that balance both user and business needs.

UX aside, I enjoy trying new activities like snowboarding 🏂 and boxing 🥊, a good croissant 🥐, and podcasts 🎙
